About the owner
First of all, Jill would like to acknowledge all of those near and dear to her for all of the support and good wishes, including her family, clients, and her best friend (you know who you are!).
Jill has been licensed in the beauty industry since 1994 in Colorado and New York with her specialty in skin care, nails, and hair treatment.
The name Shear “Expressions” is her own and has been since 1996 as she was inspired by her late Aunt who passed on of melanoma skin cancer that spread into her lungs. Her goal of working with the skin is so that others may have a chance to learn about their own skin and how to protect it in a way that is easy and affordable.
